Car Payment Calculator by TFT Engineering provides a simple and fast calculation of the monthly payment for a car loan based on the amount of the loan and the interest rate.

The calculation is performed using the standard Amortization Calculator Formula and should match any number given by the sales person use it to double check their numbers, and to determine how much you are willing to pay. The main screen of the app allows for entering the loan amount, interest rate, length of the loan in months, and then displays the monthly payment.

Additionally there is a Details screen that displays a full amortization schedule showing how much of the loan balance remains after each payment and how much of each monthly payment is paid towards interest vs the balance.
