In a nutshell, this app will provide a simple way to send communications to your customers!
Keep them informed about the latest product update or bulletins.
Stay in touch with your customers to keep them coming back.
How it works:
The app reads the email address from the messages in the inbox on your Blackberry.
The program will then send the message to all of the addresses collected.
When the time comes to use it:
1.Browse to the inbox
2.Set the subject
3.Compose or edit the existing message
4.Click the send button.
The app saves the settings so you can reuse it or modify it when you want to send your next batch of emails.
How I use it:
Customers send me an email to subscribe to updates or they simply send emails for support on a product.
In either case, I reserve the inbox for customer support and retain the emails to provide a history.
In my case I have multiple companies, six inboxes on my Blackberry and well over a few hundred different customers. I use it mostly for cross selling products, product promotion and product updates.
