Partly Colored Image

Color a part of a photograph and create beautiful images. Just open an image, pick an effect for layer one and pick an effect for layer two. After that you can draw a part of layer two on layer one which allows you, for example, to color a part of an image. However, you can also apply other effects to the layers, like blur, negative, sepia and of course gray scale!
