The latest version 2.5 shows track assignments Metro North and NJ Transit and live updates on train delays from several railroads. It has two modes: 24hour commuter mode default and 14day planning mode. It advises on peak hour trains, suboptimal trains and offers advanced trip planning capabilities e.g. custom transfer times. Optionally if your phone has a GPS it lets you track yourself while on the train to find if your train is delayed.
