NYC Subway – Trip Planner – Works Underground

This NYC Subway app lets you plan trips between any two New York subway stations in offline mode. It works in the subway where other planners don t.

Pick any two stations on the system map or in the picklists that show stations by line , click OK and in just a few seconds you will be given directions and train times, with access to the trip map and trip stops times.

The schedule information for all 24 lines is stored on the device, along with the unofficial subway map. The map is the reason for the relatively large application size.

Please note: If youre looking for NYC subway map application with the official MTA map please note that our application does not include it. The map included is the unofficial one, perfectly suitable for a trip planner application this is a trip planner, remember and since its opensource, its free. Using the official MTA map involves paying a rolaylty fee to the copyright holder, and we dont want to be involved in this.

Over the last five months since this application got published we had hundreds of happy customers and only a handful of issues reported. We resolved all critical issues people reported. If you have any problem running this app or getting directions, we suggest contacting us first. We will respond quickly within hours. One single most important thing to check in case of problems is the amount of memory available to applications see SettingsMemory. If you have little available memory left, clean the device and possibly shut down the memoryhungry apps that run in the background.
