ATTENTION If you are having a problem upgrading/reinstalling the latest version, please see the following:

1. Reboot the BlackBerry device pull the battery
2. Clear the BlackBerry App World cache using ALT + RST. See KB24714 http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB24714 for additional information
3. Refresh the App World list by navigating to My World within the App World Application, press Menu and select Refresh List
