The My Heart&Stroke Health App allows you to use the My Heart&Stroke Risk Assessment, Blood Pressure Action Plan, and Health Check Recipe Helper tools.

We are currently working on an update to resolve certain issues.

Please note that this App requires BlackBerry OS 5.0+ and an internet connection WIFI or cellular

Please note that certain devices are known to experience difficulties in displaying the Risk Assessment. If you come up with a blank screen when launching the App, please go to www.heartandstroke.ca/mobileapps in your browser in order to use the mobile version.
