If you want to have a six pack abs or a flat belly, you need to exercise regularly. This application contains many sets of ab exercises and a timer which helps you to do them properly, i.e. not too slow and not too fast. It can be also used to massage your body see below.

* Exercises for beginners and for advanced users, e.g.: 10 standard crunches x 1.5 seconds; wait 10 seconds; 15 twisted crunches x 2.5 seconds.
* Contains a fully configurable timer which plays sounds and vibrates the phone e.g. 10 times in 1.5 sec. intervals, then waits 10 sec. and does the same for the next set of crunches.
* Allows to create your own exercises.
* Works great on all BlackBerry smartphones.
* Can be used in a non-standard way to massage your body: create a new exercise and add e.g. 100 crunches in 0.3 second intervals. Make sure that the vibration is on.
