MileageManager

MileageManager keeps record of your Business & Personal trips, tracks and automatically calculates amount owed based on reimbursement rate & odometer readings and allows you to export records in HTML format for printing or as a CSV file for integration with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheets.

Following data can be stored in MileageManager: Date, Trip Purpose, Place Visited, Odometer Start, Odometer Finish, Distance, Reimbursement Rate, Amount, Tolls, Parking, Category.

You can export records in HTML format, suitable for printing and submission to your accounts department for reimbursement and accounting procedures or as a CSV comma separated values file for backup and easy integration with spreadsheets. You can either export records for each category at a time or all the records together, as per your requirements.

Records can be exported –
1. By Email, as an attachment or
2. Saved to Memory Card
