Smarter Agent brings the real estate market to your BlackBerry – putting the information you need at your fingertips. Whether youre buying, renting, selling or keeping an eye on the market, Smarter Agent provides three property search options in one powerful app:

1. All Homes for Sale: View all publicly viewable MLS listings in more than 300 markets nationwide.
2. Recently Sold: See prices of homes sold within the last 3 years.
3. Apartments for Rent: Find apartments from a growing list of top Web sites like apartments.com.

On most BlackBerry devices, Smarter Agent offers a GPS search, which pinpoints your location and pulls up all homes for sale around you. You can also search for homes and apartments by address, city or zip code. When you select a property from the initial search results, you can see the price, square footage, estimated mortgage, features, pictures and more! You can also refine your search based on property type, price range and the number of beds and baths to find just what youre looking for.

When you find a home you like, save it, so you can quickly access it later by going to the Saved Favorites option on the search menu, or text the listing to a friend!

The Call to See feature will connect you to a real estate agent if you want to schedule a tour or ask questions.

We have access to all publicly viewable MLS listings in more than 300 markets nationwide. If you try searching an area where we do not have complete coverage, our app will recommend you search a different location or use the Broker Showcase search, which contains listings provided by our national franchise partners.
