30- Day Free Trial – The client application is free to use with the Empower CRM server software provided by iEnterprises, Inc. The Empower CRM server software is automatically provisioned and a 30- day free trial commences upon the download of the software. After the 30 day trial has expired, the server software costs $40 per user per month.

Downloading and Launching the Application for the First Time – When you launch the Empower CRM application, you will be brought through the following process.

1. Web Registration – After entering your email address, enter your CRM details on our web site.

2. Device Activation Process – The device will then attempt to activate using your email address.

3. Credentials – After the configuration process is complete, you will be prompted for a user name and password from step 1.

4. Create Accounts / Contacts – Please note that the device will not contain any data when you first activate it. Simply go to the Accounts tab and create an account. The account information will be automatically sent to the Empower CRM server that is accessible VIA your desktop browser.
