Our broad based Estate Agency covers many areas of property, including – Property sales, corporate lettings, property management, a specialist new homes department, land appraisal, acquisition and disposal, planning matters, development advice, buy to-to-let advice, portfolio advice and management, property refurbishment and extensions.
Our International department sells new homes on golf resorts around the world and is the UKs largest Agent in this field.
More than 700 people watched Barton Wyatt take two top Estate Agency prizes last October at a glitzy event in London, when they won the 2007 Daily Mail Award for "Best Surrey Estate Agent" and the prize everyone wants – "Best UK Estate Agent".
The cream on Barton Wyatts cake was a nomination for "Best International Estate Agency" – the only UK nomination and one of just five from around the World – at the CNBC Awards which will be held in Las Vegas next month.
