Problems Downloading Assets?

There are a number of things that can cause these issues to happen. Here are some steps to try

1 Try connecting via WiFi and opening the app again. This can be done from Manage Connections
2 Try connecting via 3g or EDGE and opening the app again. This can be done from Manage Connections or Mobile Network
3 If your connection is set to 3G 2G, set it to 3G only from Manage Connections under the Mobile Network Options page.

99% of the issues reported to us have been resolved by one of the 3 options above. If not, you can try some of the following steps.

4 Ensure the apps permissions are all set to allow.
5 Ensure all firewalls are off on the device.
6 If it is a work phone, ensure that the work firewall is not blocking third party apps from downloading some content.
7 Ensure your carrier is not blocking any data transfers from third party apps. This happens more than you think.
